IntelliAddress is designed to scan existing emails for contact information provided in signature block and automatically creates a Contacts Folder within Microsoft Outlook. Each time the program detects new, or edited contact information in incoming emails, it automatically keeps the Outlook Contact Folder up-to-date.
The result is a comprehensive address book. In a test conducted by one of Germany”s leading computer magazines, c”t, IntelliAddress extracted about 700 contacts from around 7000 emails.
These contacts can be used to incorporate existing contacts in Microsoft Word letter templates, invoices, admonition and fax forms quickly and easily.
A variety of document templates applicable both for personal and professional use are included in IntelliAddress Professional.
